Craft Room

Over the last couple of years, I have been working on my crafts out of my closet.  It was cramped, but I made it work.  Sometimes taking things out of the closet that I was working on and moving it to a nearby table so I would have more elbow room.  As of today, Thanks to my hubby and son, I have a new craft room!  We converted our family room into my crafting area and moved our family room into our formal living room (which we never use).  My hubby gave up his computer desk, so I could use it to store all of my parts and pieces of crafting materials.  He is also going to let me have his book case, but we have not brought it downstairs yet.  I have left a lot of my crafting goodies in my closet, but I figure that is a good place to store the 'extras' that I have and the things that I don't use daily.

It is going to be so nice to have an area where I can spread my stuff out and feel like I can move around.  We'll put a little tv in the room so I can watch tv, and I'll also put a radio in the room so I can listen to my tunes.

It is so wonderful to me that my husband is supportive of my crafting and will do things for me to make my crafting easier.  I love my husband very much.  I am sure I don't tell him often enough what a good man he is and how much happiness he brings to my life.  Love you Wayne!

  1. Congratulations on the new room. It is always nice to have your own "space" when being creative.
